Barefoot Medicine Farm
Amy has been teaching yoga for over 10 years to both teens and adults. Her practice is traditional Vinyasa yoga with attention to breathwork and sequences which build on each other in order to guide the body into each asana safely, with a natural progression.
Amy became interested in yoga in her 20s as a way to ease anxiety and relax. Through studying herbalism she was introduced to Ayurveda, and many of Amy's work both on and off the mat incorporate Ayurvedic practices.
Amy is a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance and enjoys helping folks in her class by guiding them on their own yogic journey.

We get serious. We get silly. We get woo woo. It's all good.

All Level Vinyasa Flow
at
Yogamour
Enjoy a 45 minute Yoga Flow which brings the element of time into the practice. The student will be guided as to how and when a pose should to be modified while being mentally engaged with the body, as it moves through a series. The mind and body connection is one of the main goals when practicing all forms of Yoga. Movement is a wonderful way to discover personal limitations and learn how to move past limitations. This class is not restricted to beginners or those with physical limitations. All levels of Yoga practitioners can find their personal challenges, as they slowly and mindfully move through this class. Wednesdays at 12pm
